This ornate sterling silver ring boats a cushion shaped Swarovski rainforest green topaz stone in the center that is highlighted by diamond accents. The shoulders of the band each feature a round Swarovski rainforest green topaz that is set inside of a 14k gold-plated star design. This ring is 11.4mm across the top.
